Service Description
20 minutes, 20 images, $250. $5 per extra image. Nothing sounds better than having photos of your loved ones surrounded by beautiful Christmas trees to get you in the holiday spirit! The Lone Owl Farm is a gorgeous area to commemorate the Holidays, filled with Christmas spirit and natural evergreens. The session will be nestled between hundreds of varieties of Douglas fir trees and a rustic white barn with red trimming, embellished Christmas lights Maximum occupancy per session is 8 people. If you would like more people, please let me know ahead of time! I will have your photos ready within 7 days after your session, just in time to send to your loved ones for the Holidays! Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled service. If a client does not attend their session, all payments made are non-refundable as they cover reserved time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated with extended time, and no partial refunds will be issued. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other unsafe conditions that make it impossible to hold the Christmas Mini Session, a full refund will be issued. The photographer will make the final decision regarding cancellations based on weather forecasts and safety considerations. Clients will be notified as soon as possible if a session must be canceled due to weather, and refunds will be processed promptly.
